Located in the sacred city of Dwarka, Gomti Ghat Dwarka is a serene and spiritual destination along the banks of the Gomti River. This holy place holds great significance for devotees, as it is believed to be a place where Lord Krishna took his final bath before leaving the earth. Visitors can immerse themselves in the peaceful ambiance of the ghat, witness the daily rituals performed by priests, and feed the fishes in the clear waters of the river. Gomti Ghat Dwarka offers a unique blend of spirituality and natural beauty, making it a must-visit destination for those seeking inner peace and divine blessings.

Without seeing and cruising in Gomti, your Dwarka trip will not complete . It is so clean, you can see devotees taking bath daily in this holy river. You can enjoy boat ride specially in evening.
=> It's located at a walkable distance from Dwarka on the bank of the Gomti River where it meets the Arabian Sea.
=> taking a boat ride, camel ride or using Sudama setu (When we visited the Sudama Setu was temporary closed). Quad bike ride can be enjoyed crossing the Gomti River.
=> There are many small temples. Devotees used to take bath of this holy river. (Note: The steps were slippery so take proper caution while going down to take the bath)
=> The water of Gomti River was salty as most of it comes from a Gulf.
=> Though having such a historical significance, it was very dirty and lack of maintenance was also observed.

Best timing is sunset to enjoy the view. Moreover far view is also recommended. Ghat needs to be clean.

Very peaceful especially at night, you can see small fishes in the water and sound of the gushing waters.
It is just 1-2 km away from the dwarkadhish temple.

Pleasent place to relax in evening
It was a great experience to visit dwarka and see this holy river. The place is perfect for snan. River is located near by dwarkadhish temple on a walking distance. One thing that I love about this river is that it is one of the wonder of nature that the water level of river changes magically in a day, like at one point of time you will see that water level is full but on some other time you will see that river get empty and you can walk inside the river. I have attached 2 pictures of the river below on the same day one is when river is full of water and one is when people are walking inside the river. It is said that this happens 4-6 times in a day that river get empty and full. I can say that this is pure magic of lord dwarkadhish. One should really visit and experience this.
